Check-in Package (a.k.a. Multi-visit Pass)
A Check-in Package is a multi-visit pass with check-in credits or visits for non-members to gain access to use the facilities in your club for a limited number of times within a specified period. You can think of the Check-in Package as a prepaid membership or a trial membership for potential customers.
Each time a customer checks in at the gate, the iconnect360 system will automatically deduct a check-in credit from the check-in package bought. The check-in pop-up screen displays the customer's name, check-in package bought, and the remaining check-in credits.
The following is a workaround to create a one-month trial membership with unlimited access for your customer:
The iconnect360's check-in priority is as follows:
Active membership > Active booking on the booking date > Active check-in package.
Booking Package
A Booking Package works like a prepaid account. It consists of credits that can be used to pay for bookings.
An example of booking package is as follows:
Happy Fitness's swimming lesson is priced at $19.95 per session. To attract new customers in the winter season, a promotional drive is launched. Happy Fitness is now offering a new swimming package at $150.00 for 10 sessions (or $15.00 per session). Hooray for booking packages!
John Doe purchased the $150.00 swimming package to pay for 10 swimming sessions with Happy Fitness. The iconnect360 system automatically deducts a credit from the package bought each time John decides to pay for the booking with credit. When the first expiring package has no credit balance left, the system would deduct from the next expiring package bought.
The following is an example on how you can create a package with no expiry date.
Notes:
- A booking package has to be tied to one booking. At the moment, you are not able to create a booking package that can be used for multiple bookings.
- Before you create a booking package, check that you have created the booking for the package. You need to associate the booking with the package. The booking list reflects bookings which are available at the selected sites to which the package is linked to. If you cannot see the booking that you want, the booking might not be linked to the sites which you have selected for package sales.
