Argh! If you see the above error message that says, 'Something Went Wrong', don't direct your anger at the inanimated object in front of you. You don't even need to bother your administrator. Instead, click Log Out and then clear your internet browser cache.
Here are the steps on how to clear the cache on Internet Explorer 9.
- With your browser opened, press the CTRL + SHIFT + DEL keys.
- In the Delete Browsing History pop-up window, click Delete.
- Once Internet Explorer has finished deleting browsing history, close your browser. That includes every single opened pages and tabs.
