Oh no! Something went wrong! Help!
If you see error messages such as the above, especially after a latest release update for iconnect360, you probably need to clear your internet browser cache.
Here are the steps on how to clear the cache on Internet Explorer 11 your browser opened, press the CTRL + SHIFT + DEL keys.
- In the Delete Browsing History pop-up window, select Delete.
- Once Internet Explorer has finished deleting browsing history, close your browser. That includes every single opened pages and tabs.
If the error persists after clearing your cache, please ask for help and attach a screen capture of the error message.

If you have cleared your browser cache, you need to re-configure a few of your hardware selections on iconnect360 because the preferred selections might have been cleared as well. See instructions.
