CAUTION! The manual download process may take a longer time if you have lots of customers and staff at your site. We recommend for you to perform manual download of all customers during your closing or low peak hours.
Note: If you have made changes to a membership's configuration for the 'Allow Access To' Home Site Only or All Sites setting, then you will need to perform a manual download of all customers in order for the changes to take effect for the customer's check-in process. This step needs to be performed separately at each impacted site.
REMINDER! Ensure each customer and staff has been assigned an access number on the iconnect360 application. If the person does not have an access number, their details will not be populated into the iconnect360 access server.
- In the computer that controls the gate, double-click the iconnect360 Access Server file on the desktop.
Alternatively, navigate to Start > All Programs > iconnect360 > iconnect360 Access Server Client.
- In the iconnect360 Access Server window, select Download Customers.
All gates at the site have been updated with the latest information from iconnect360 when you see the event message “Job (Card Synchronization) completed” appears in the event timeline.
