You want to snap a photo of the new customer who has just signed up for a membership or booking. You click 'Take Photo' but lo and behold, your trusty webcam doesn't seem to work. Don't scratch your head, here's what you can do.
- Right-click anywhere on iconnect360 and then click Silverlight.
- In the Microsoft Silverlight Configuration pop-up window, click the Webcam / Mic tab.
- Select the webcam that you wish to use from the dropdown list.
You will see the video image appearing.
If the display shows a black screen, then your webcam is not working. Check your manufacturer's guide. - Click OK.
Watch out! When you click 'Take Photo' and if a pop-up window appears (see image below), do the following:
- Tick the checkbox for Remember my answer.
- Click Yes.
