Like every home, we also regularly clean and conduct routine maintenance in order for our system application to be in tip top condition. This means iconnect360 will be unavailable for up to a couple of hours while we tidy up. Don't worry, we normally schedule the downtime to occur after your closing hours or at low peak hours for 24-hour sites.
Regretfully, there may be times when we do conduct urgent ad-hoc maintenance that may interrupt your work for a few minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. However be assured that this occurs only when there are very urgent issues that need to be resolved immediately. Please bear with us during any unforeseen downtime. If you need more clarification, do contact us.
System Maintenance
When is it? Generally Once a Month starting at 10 pm Local time
How long does it take? May be quick dusting but could be up to 2 hours of scrubbing.
How does it affect you? No entry during the maintenance, i.e. you will not be able to log in to iconnect360.
What happens after the maintenance? We would have tested to make sure that iconnect360 is running smoothly. If you encounter pesky bugs (such as data or system errors or something weird), first clear the cache of your internet browser. If the bugs remain, please contact us.
Note: If you have hardware connected to the computer, please re-assign the till to your computer and re-select the hardware devices in iconnect360 after clearing the cache.
Is there anything else that I should know? If there are new or changed features, we will publish the details on our iconnect360 blog and post on our Facebook page. So do subscribe to our blog to get immediate updates. If there are important fixes relating to your ticket issue, we would inform you by email.
