You need to have the Reports > My Task List site permission to view the report. See User and Roles.
The My Task List report generates a list of tasks that have been assigned to the logged in user and a list of tasks the system user has assigned to co-workers.
For example, if you have logged in as a user in iconnect360, you would be able to generate a list of tasks that have been assigned to you from your colleagues and a list of tasks that you have assigned to others. Similarly, if your colleague, Mr. Ben, has logged in to the system, he would be able to generate a list of tasks that have been assigned to him by co-workers and a list of tasks that he has assigned to others.
At the site level, select Reports from the left navigation menu.
In the Tasks section of the Reports page, select My Task List.
By default, the report will display all overdue or pending tasks that have been assigned to me and tasks that I have assigned to other people with the deadline set to today's date.
Use the Filter by options to change or add to your filtering selections to obtain the needed data.
You can choose to group the report data by selecting by adding a Group by option.
- You can Sort by deadline, assigned by, assigned date, assigned to, completion date, overdue (days), status, target, or type.
How to use the filter by, group by and sort by functions
- Select Generate Preview.
