The report is only available to users of iconnect360 Standard. Contact our sales team at email@example.com if you wish to upgrade your iconnect360 system.
The Booking Sales report provides a list of booking sales at your site within a selected timeframe. The report groups the sales data by booking name. Data contained in the report include names of customers who have signed up for the booking, their customer number, booking date and time, attendance, payment status, payment method, and amount collected, not collected, or refunded.
At the site level, select Reports from the left navigation menu.
In the Bookings section of the Reports page, select Booking Sales.
Select the Filter by preference for the report that you want to generate. By default, the report is filtered to only display all booking sales for today. Select Add (next to Filter by) to add more filtering options which include Attendance, Booking Name, Booking Time, Customer Number, Payment Method, and Payment Status.
Select the Group By preference to group the results by booking name.
Select the Sort By preference to sort the results according to Booking Name, Booking Date, Customer Number, First Name, or Last Name.
Select Generate Preview.
The generated report may consist of more than one page.
Example: Today is 03/11/2014. You have generated a report for the 10-visit Gym Package booking with all paid customers. The results are sorted by booking date in descending order.
