- At the Site level, select Bookings > Calendar from the left navigation menu.
- Select Add Booking to Calendar or select a time slot on the calendar.
- For iconnect360 Standard only, upon selecting Add Booking to Calendar, a sub-menu will appear. Select to either Create new or Select from template.
- Create new means adding a booking without using a pre-defined template. This means you cannot state a price for the booking.
- Select from template means adding a booking from a list of existing booking templates. After selecting the required template, select Confirm.
- If you need to add pricing into your booking, first create the booking template at the organisation (master) level. Refer to: How do I create a booking template?
- Complete the booking details in the Booking pop-up window.

Name |
Enter a name for the booking. If you are scheduling a booking using a template, you will not be able to change the name here. To do so, edit its booking template at the organisation (master) level. |

Start Time |
Enter the start date and time in the respective fields. Alternatively, use the Calendar and Clock buttons to select. |

Enter the end date and time in the respective fields. Alternatively, use the Calendar and Clock buttons to select. Note: The end date and time indicates the duration of a single booking or each session in a bookings series (not the duration of the entire series). For recurrence booking, go to the Recurrence field. |
Recurrence |
Leave this field blank for single booking. To make a booking recurring, select the Recurrence field. In the Recurrence pop-up window, specify the recurrence details.
Once a booking is made into a recurring booking, the Start Time and End Time fields are disabled. To change the date and/or time, you need to first remove the recurrence. To do so, select the Remove (bin) button for the Recurrence field. |
Price (Standard only) |
(For booking scheduled using a template only; this field is not available for Create New) The price is not editable here. To change the price, edit its booking template at the organisation (master) level. |
Tax (Standard only) |
(For booking scheduled using a template only; this field is not available for Create New) The tax is not editable here. To change the tax, edit its booking template at the organisation (master) level. |
Maximum Attendees (Standard only) |
Enter or change the maximum number of people who can attend the booking session. 0 = no maximum limit |
Minimum Attendees (Standard only) |
Enter or change the recommended minimum number of people for the booking session. 0 = No minimum number The number of Minimum Attendees must be less than or equal to the Maximum Attendees. |
Staff |
Select the Select Staff link. In the Staff Lookup pop-up window, select the staff member’s name.

Area (Standard only) |
Select the Select Area link. In the Area Lookup pop-up window, select the area name.

Background colour (Standard only) |
(For booking scheduled using a template only; this field is not available for Create New) The background colour is not editable here. To change the background colour, edit its booking template at the organisation (master) level. |
- Select Add Booking to Calendar once completed. The booking will appear on the calendar.
