These are the POS related actions that you can take using iconnect360. Make sure you have configured your POS settings correctly and your hardware is functioning well.
- Access the POS Sales page
- Select item to be sold
- Search for item in the sales catalogue
- Change the quantity of item to be sold
- Remove item(s) from the shopping cart
- Change item price
- Sell item at discounted price
- Links sales transaction to a customer
- Make a POS sale (pay by cash, payment card, voucher, cheque or direct debit)
- Refund a sales item
- Reprint the receipt for a past POS transaction
