You can only assign one till to one computer at each time. You will need to perform this task on each computer that executes POS at your site.
If you have recently cleared your computer's internet cache, you will need to reassign the till to the computer. This is because clearing the cache has cleared your preferred selection option.
Steps to assign a till to the computer
- At the Site level, click Settings > Till from the left menu.
- In the Details tab, click the Edit link.
- Select the Till for the computer from the dropdown list.
- Click Save Changes.
A confirmation message appears at the top of the Till Settings page.
