Before you begin, you need to set up the online signup form for your club. Refer to this article on how to set up and customise the online signup form.
It's very simple to make use of the iconnect360's online signup form for booking. See below for the step-by-step instructions.
The online booking feature is only for iconnect360 Standard version.
You have a few options to create, activate/deactivate, and share the online signup link with your customers:
- Create a master booking template at the organisation level and enable the online signup feature
- Activate or deactivate an existing booking template with online signup feature at the site level
- Generate an online signup link from a booking in the calendar
Option 1: At the organisation level, create a master booking template and enable the online signup feature

At the organisation (master) level, select Booking Templates > Add Booking Template.

Enter the details for your booking template. Learn more.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, there is a section called Online Signup Details. By default, the value is set to No. Select Yes to enable online sale and signup for the class.

Select Next.

Check the accuracy of the booking details in the Summary page.

Select Finish. A confirmation message appears at the top of the Booking Templates page. For example, Hatha Yoga Class saved successfully.

At the site level, select Bookings > Booking Templates.

Select the booking template name. For example, Hatha Yoga Class.

Scroll down to the Online Signup Details section.

Copy and share the booking signup link with your prospects or customers.
Note: The booking template at the site level inherits the settings from the organisation or master level. If you have selected to allow all sites to use the master booking template, the online sale and signup selection at the organisation or master level would be passed down to the site level. If you do not wish to use the online booking feature at your site, you can manually deactivate the option at the site level (see instructions below).
Option 2: At the site level, activate or deactivate an existing booking template with online signup feature

At the site level, select Bookings > Booking Templates.

Select the booking template name. For example, Hatha Yoga Class.

Scroll down to the Online Signup Details section.

Select Edit.

Select Yes to enable online sale and signup for the class. Or select No to disable it.

If Yes is selected, copy and share the booking signup link with your prospects or customers.
Note: The top signup link shows a single booking instance. The bottom signup link shows the booking series.
Option 3: At the site level, generate an online signup link from a booking in the Calendar
Prerequisites:
1) The booking is created from a booking template. See Option 1.
2) The Allow Online Signup feature is enabled for the booking template. See Option 2.

At the site level, select Calendar.

Select a class or a booking session from the calendar. Make sure the booking class has been activated with online signup feature.

Select the Signup Link tab.

Select Yes if customer wants to sign up to this time slot or select No for other time slots.

If you select No in the previous step, you need to select a preferred start date.

Select All to show all remaining sessions or select Single to show this session only.

Copy and share the booking signup link with your prospects or customers.
