If you have entered your email address to be notified, then you will receive a notification each time a new or existing customer signs up for a new product (membership, booking, package). This applies to membership or booking sign up via the iconnect360 web application system and via the iconnect360 online signup form. You can enter more than one email address, i.e. more than one person in your club can be notified.
Here are the steps.
- At the site level, select Settings > Communication from the left menu.
- Select Edit for the Automation & Notification section.
- In the Who should be notified when customer signs up? field, enter the email address for which the notification will be sent to.
To enter another email address, add a semicolon after the first email address. Then without spacing, enter the second email address. Repeat if you wish to add more.
- Select Save Changes.
