On the iconnect360 screen, do you find yourself constantly scrolling from left to right just to view all the buttons and functions?
Or perhaps you see half of a button sticking out at the bottom but you couldn't scroll down towards it nor click on it.
iconnect360 is designed to be best displayed on the Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) browser and with the display resolution set at 1024 x 768 pixels. Sometimes, your monitor screen may not be set to the correct screen resolution or perhaps your wide screen laptop does not support that particular resolution option. We, of course, recommend that you view it in the best displayed option. However, here are some tips which you can follow to get what you need.
Change your computer's display resolution. For Windows 7, get the instructions here.
With your Internet Explorer (IE) browser opened, press the F11 key (on your keyboard) to toggle between full screen mode and normal view. Go ahead and try it now.
Collapse the left navigation menu or the Recent Check-in toolbar to obtain more of the main iconnect360 screen space.
Hide all the toolbars on your Internet Explorer (IE) browser. In IE9, you can simply right click on the top bar and un-tick all the toolbar options.
