If the suspension has already occurred, you CAN'T undo the suspension process but you CAN make changes to the membership suspension or you can Resume Membership for the customer.
However, you CAN undo the process if the suspension is still pending at a future date. See Undo Suspension.
In the customer's page, select the Memberships tab.
Note the status of the membership that you wish to change the suspension.
Membership is in suspended status indicated by its amber Suspended status. Go to step 3.
You cannot change the suspension if the membership status is Active, Future, Expired, or Cancelled. The Change Suspension option is not available.
Select the More Actions button and then select Change Suspension.
In the Change Membership Suspension pop-up window, enter the new suspension details.
Note: You are not allowed to change the Suspension Start Date once the suspension has kicked in.
Select the new Suspension End Date for the membership from the date picker.
Note: You can set the earliest suspension end date to today's date so that the customer can check-in tomorrow.
The Billing Within Suspension Term field dictates if the customer needs to pay a minimal fee throughout the suspension period. This is based on the suspension policy for the membership.
If billing is required, you can select the amount link to view the billing breakdown. Select Close to close the the pop-up window.
Note the details in Changes. Any impacted areas will be reflected here. E.g. If the customer’s membership has a minimum term, then its ending date will be extended.
Enter the Notes section if applicable.
Select OK to resume the membership.
A confirmation message appears at the top of the customer's page. All activities are recorded in the Timeline tab.
