- If you disallow customers with billing issues at the gate, select the conditions:
- Disallow with direct debit account issue only.
Customers with invalid account details or withdrawn authority issues would be denied entry at the gate.
- Disallow with x outstanding payments only.
X = The number of outstanding payments. Outstanding payments include failed, overdue, and pending rebill payments.
The default value is 1 and maximum is 4.
Customers would be allowed at the gate if the number of outstanding payments has not reach X value.
Customers would be disallowed at the gate when the number of outstanding payments has reached X value.
Select Save Changes.
When the system has detected that there are changes in this section, the following message appears.
"Upon saving, these changes will be effective from end of today. Proceed with the changes?"
IMPORTANT: The change would take effect end of the day. A batch job is executed nightly to update all customers' check-in status based on the earlier configured check-in settings for failed payments.
