The answer is YES!
You can process the payment for any of the customer's future debit via the till. The payment method can be cash, credit card or cheque, depending on your POS settings.
However, a customer can pay over the till only if the following criteria are met.
- The debit to be paid in till has not been processed. Debit status = Future.
- The customer has no outstanding or failed payments.

Here are the quick steps.
- In the Payments tab of the customer's page, select a Future debit.
- In the pop-up window, select the Pay button.
Note: If this button is not available in the debit, this means you cannot pay in till as the criteria were not met.
- Ensure the Payment Method option is Pay now in till.
- Select OK.
- The POS Sales page appears for payment to be made. Process the POS payment.
- Select Payment.
- In the Payment pop-up window, select the payment method tab.
- Enter the required details for the payment method.
- Select OK.
- In the Transaction Complete pop-up window,
- Select Close to close the pop-up window in POS Sales.
- Select Go To Person to return to the customer’s page.
