Why would you want to do that and not get paid? Oh, if you must...
A reminder... you can only remove a future debit that has not been processed. You cannot remove a debit that has a billing issue. You will need to first resolve the billing issue and then write-off the payment. See: How do I recover a customer's outstanding payments?
- In the Payments tab of the customer's page, select the amount for the Future debit that you wish to remove.
- In the debit's pop-up window, select Remove.
- In the confirmation pop-up window, select Yes.
