If the customer billing contains customer paid fees payable to Ezypay in its debit, you can reallocate the fee to be borne by your organisation. This can only be done if the debit has not been processed. Examples of these customer paid fees are load/setup fee, failed payment fee and ad-hoc fee.
Note: You can only reallocate a customer paid failed payment fee if the rebill is pending. You cannot reallocate it once the payment or rebill has failed.
A customer paid fee that can be reallocated has a Reallocate button next to it.
- In the debit's pop-up window, select the Reallocate button for the customer paid fee.
- In the Confirmation pop-up window, enter the reason for the reallocation.
- Select OK.
- Close the debit.
