You can postpone any of a customer’s future direct debits to be collected on another date within the same billing cycle or on the same day as the immediate next debit.
This article describe the steps to easily collect a debit on the same day as its next debit.

- In the Payments tab of the customer's page, select a direct debit billing amount in which the status displays Future.
- In the Payment pop-up window, select Collect on Next Debit Date.
- In the Confirmation pop-up window, enter the reason the selected debit is to be collected on the same day as the next debit.
Tip: Be as specific as possible. The reason entered will be displayed in the Comments section.
E.g. Debit on 18/06/12 for the amount of $23.75 to be collected with the debit on 25/06/12 as requested by customer.
- Select OK.
