Not all payment types can be removed from a customer’s bill. For example, you can remove the joining fee but not the load/setup fee. A payment item that can be removed has a Remove button next to it.
Here are the steps.
- In the debit's pop-up window, select the Remove button for the payment item that you wish to remove.
- In the Confirmation pop-up window, enter the reason for the removal.
Tip: Be as specific as possible. The reason entered will be displayed in the Comments section of the debit.
E.g. Waived joining fee of $50.00.
- Select OK.
- Select Close.
